Hip Hop vs The Feds
November 25th, 2007Hip-Hop Vs The FEDs

Aside some very good interesting information was brought to my attention about the T.I. Case as well as the feds top watch list they are looking at in Hip-hop. Now to some you may be asking how I got privileged to this information? I’m not allowed to reveal my sources but you would be surprised at what people would hit you up with when you are the the word on the streets.
Hey Boo, the internet is all about posting that shit. You have a list? Lets see it. Post it up, leak it out. Email it around so someone else can leak it. I can get Guantanamo Bay training guides but not your list? Boo.
The most important thing is to get the information out to as many people as possible and to all the entertainment industry. (see above then!!!)
So you can be protected and watch your asses!
Note to self, don’t sell crack, shoot people or buy illegal weapons.
And don’t hit me up on e-mail asking me who it was that told me because I’m not going to tell you. I would encourage all music web sites and magazines to print this article or at least start a campaign of research to dig deeper in to the situation.
We got you. We hold it down to the fullest.
We all know that Clifford Harris AKA (T.I.) got arrested by the feds the day of the BET hip-hop awards. What we don’t know is what led up to him making a poor decision that will possibly jeopardize his future. Approximately 2 weeks after T.I. got arrested the AJC newspaper reported that BAD BOY South’s President Block from Block Entertainment highly recommended the body guard to T.I. and Grand Hustle months before his arrest.
So what? We can suggest some great strippers but it doesn’t mean you have to pay them for a lap dance.
The body guard has been working for T.I. since July. Reported sources say that the bodyguard suggested to T.I. that he should purchase the guns to protect his family. T.I. a felon knew that he himself could not purchase those guns. The law states that if you are a convicted felon you can not carry any firearms or weapons for that matter.
You don’t fucking say do you? A felon can’t have guns? I hear if you get three its a life sentence.
And not only that, anybody that you have around you also can not carry guns or weapons. So why would the bodyguard suggest to Tip that he needs guns to protect his family? Approximately two months prior to Tip being arrested the same body guard approached Young Joc about purchasing guns to protect his family.
Interesting use of TIP instead of TI with all the gun talk.
Back in the spring Joc had a home invasion with his wife in the house hiding in the closet. That never made headline news but that same bodyguard suggested that he purchase the weapons.
This sounds more like a marketing scheme.
Joc made the comment “why would I purchase guns I make happy music”.
Happy music? “Catch me in the hood, Posted by the store, pistol in my lap, on the phone countin dough”, translation: ” I live in the shittest neighborhood while openly carrying a firearm counting profit from my drug sales which keep my neighborhood shitty, while talking on a phone” Young Joc has the lyrical skills of a toddler.
Aside from the fact that BAD BOYS distribution is through Atlantic records and the only platinum selling artist on Atlantic is T.I. It would make one wonder. If you take hard look at the record sales coming from BAD BOY Joc sold a measly 65,000 units in the first week. Gorilla Zoe only sold a measly 35,000 units in the first week of sales and we ain’t even going to talk about Boys in the hood. And that’s not the only internal problems that Block is having at the moment. His royalties have been frozen by the CEO of Mastermind Music the label that Young Joc is signed to due to block not honoring the 50/50 deal between them on Joc’s first album. No royalties have been cut and there has been several settlement offers made to the CEO of Master Mind Music Chino Dollar but he refuses to settle.
So your implying that having T.I. arrested would somehow help their record sales? People don’t buy the records because they think Joc and Zoe is wack. They don’t buy those half assed entertainers records because they suck, not because they already bought TI’s.
Not only that we’re talking a fucking canyon of difference in sales. TI vs TIP did half a million! You think snitching someone out is gonna make those records sell another 400 thousand combined?
It would appear that hip-hop police has been planted in the hip-hop community for quite sometime now. So much so that somebody forwarded me the states info about who they were looking at in the top 10 watch list and this information was sent to the state by the feds.
Post that on your site for a nice little traffic boost. Land of the Free home of the brave? If there is a rap top 10 post it up! Those people work for us! Why shouldn’t you be allowed to post it? Put it on the pirate bay? Who’s scared get scared?
For the record the so called reason for this is because they are trying to connect some hip-hop artist with increased gang related activity that’s taking place in our inner cities. Yeah right…These are the names that were forwarded to me. 1. Shawty Lo from D4L , 2. Baby, 3. Lil Wayne . The emphasis on them is the fact that baby refers to himself as a 5 star general with the Bloods. 4. Young Jeezy and the whole CTE Camp including Hella Flo . I don’t think I need to speak on why they have him listed. 5. David Banner, He’s talking to much lol 6. 50 cent who knows, 7 . T.I., 8 . DJ Drama guilty by association, 9 . Alpha Mega, There were a few names that were blogged out I don’t know why.
Please identify the hip hop police. Name names. You can’t brag about being some worlds greatest criminal in your songs or criminal activity in songs and not expect some heat.
“a real gangsta ass niggas never runs his fucking mouth…”
or the best quote to chew on
“loose lips sink ships”
If the report is accurate their main focus seems to be in the south. With the exception of 50. The constitution states it’s unconstitutional to have a excessive bond for a non violent crime. That is a federal law. So why did TIP have to pay 3 million dollars to get out of jail? Remember they only caught him with guns they never said he shot anybody or he was attempting to do so. He allegedly was just purchasing guns. That is a non violent crime, why are they making him pay for a officer to be in his home? Why is he paying to have a monitor on his ankle? And why is he paying for every criminal back ground check for anybody that comes to his home. It would appear that somebody is not happy about all the money that hip-hop is making right now.
Um, who is somebody? How much money? David Copperfield makes more than Puff Daddy.
And now the goal is to hit the pockets of the most successful people in the entertainment industry of color.
Proof or stfu. And no proof is not getting arrested and being of color.
Remember the Enron scandal? Then every major corporate company was getting hit for white collard crimes including Martha Stewart. It appears that there seems to be a cycle of people that they choose to hit.
Could we get a timeline or flow chart? I’d post my own but I think you just made that cycle up.
Look at Michael Vick and how they crucified him you would have thought that man killed a human being the way they sensationalized his situation.
Wah wah wah! WAKE UP.
The United States has the highest incarceration rate in the world. More people are behind bars in the United States than any other country. As of 2006, a record 7 million people were behind bars, on probation or on parole . Of the total, 2.2 million were incarcerated. The People’s Republic of China ranks second with 1.5 million, though China has over four times the population of the US. Hear that? The US has worst prisons that China.
Point is we have a prison problem in the land of the free. We don’t need to hear shit about the Jena 6, or TI, or Vick. We need to change our prison system entirely.
Note: From what I have been checking out so far Baby’s credibility in the street as a 5 star general is really not recognized in the streets.
Does he qualify for Veteran Benefits from the Gangsta VA? Are they better than Walter Reed ?
So could it be that this is another marketing scheme for him to sell records in the entertainment industry? If so then you may want to change up your marketing plan because as of right now Dope Boy Music is dead. And hip-hop police is real keep talking about how much dope your selling and how many people you have shot and killed in your records if you want to. But the feds is watching and waiting.
Could it be you might want to retrace your Nancy Drew steps and think about what really happened? T.I. tried to buy some serious hardware and fucked up. Did you see the pictures of the guns he tried to buy? He didn’t have a friend who could have went?
See here is where this site is the truth. We believe TIP should be allowed to own weapons. First and foremost he’s a felon for selling marijuana. We believe that should not be a crime, and thus T.I. should not even be a felon, and we don’t believe in the 1980 law outlawing felons from owning guns. Even if T.I. was set up on some insane marketing scheme, it would fail, more than half the rappers in the South have no skills and that’s why their record sales suck.
Free TI and all the other people in jail on some real shit. But we found this article to be inaccurate and misleading, and does nothing to really improve the situation here in America. Please buy some land fuck spinning rims, diversify your bonds, vote, protest, and riot.
